Tutors
We have a panel of professional musicians and qualified teachers who specialise in brass instrument tuition. Use the contact us form to make an enquiry and one of our Musical Directors will contact you to discuss your needs. They will recommend one or more teachers and put you in touch with them.
Location
Teaching sessions may take place at our bandroom (subject to availability), or at another venue by mutual agreement with the teacher. Our policy for private teaching at the bandroom can be found here.
Teaching Arrangements
Our panel of teachers operate independently from the band and you do not need to be a band member to receive lessons. Arrangements for teaching are bilateral agreements between the teacher and the student (or the student’s parent or guardian). Amersham Band is not responsible for the scheduling of lessons, the provision of teaching materials nor the financial arrangements for tuition – agreements on these aspects should be made directly with the teacher.
