A Musical Guide to the Brass Band
Sunday 1 October 3:15 – 4:15pm
St Michael’s & All Saints Church
70 Sycamore Road, Amersham, England, HP6 5DR
Join Amersham Concert Brass in a short concert to introduce the fantastic instruments that make up our brass band, from the smallest cornet, to the biggest tuba, and everything in between. You’ll be entertained by Music from Pop, to Classical, and Stage & Screen, and the programme is compered by Amersham Band Musical Directors: Malcolm Peach and Ash Horton. Once we’ve played our instruments, we’d like as many people as possible to try some out – all ages welcome. Our experts will help you get your first sounds and let you know what to do next!
We have not set a ticket price for this concert as we wish to be inclusive, instead please make a donation of your choice booking a ticket per person so that we know our audience demographics. Tickets are available through Eventbrite here:
The concert starts at 3.15pm, finishes around 4.15pm then we will host a ‘Have a go’ session until 5pm.
