Announcement Date: 17th December 1891

A meeting of the Band was held this evening in the Band Room. Members present: F Spicer, W Tarbuck, John Redding and G Ward.
It was agreed that the band play through the streets on Christmas Eve after 9 or 10 O’clock. And also on Boxing Day commencing 9am. Taking the Town, The Common, Coleshill, Winchmore Hill, Woodrow (Colonel Logan) and Shardeloes. It was also agreed that Colonel Logan and T W T Drake Esq be written to reminding them of what the promised the Band in March last. And notifying the intention of the Band to visit them on Boxing Day.

A list of music was drawn up for use on Xmas Eve and Boxing. Also a list of those members who are requested to take part on these occasions.
